Adult Division:
Ages 14-up Mon-Wednesday 7:30-8:45pm

Kids Division:
Ages 7-up Tues & Thurs. 5:30-6:30pm

Sensei Macaluso, inducted into the Martial Arts Hall of Fame, is an Accomplished Division 1 wrestler, has mixed martial arts experience in Tae Kwon Do, Submission fighting, and grappling.

He competes in the Cage as well as being a successful Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competitor.  This class will give you all you need to start your mixed martial arts career whether it be in the Cage, Gi or No Gi NAGA tournaments, or Brazilian Jiu Jitsu tournaments in general.

Inducted into the Minisink Valley Wrestling Hall of Fame, Sensei Macaluso has won Championships on a Scholastic and Division 1 Collegiate level.

Known for his Take-down skills, Sensei has created a great system tying his knowledge together to create students with the ability to strike, take-down, and submit their opponents. Although skilled in chokes and tap-out maneuvers, his class also covers 'ground and pound' techniques.
